Our team has worked diligently on clients’ behalf to successfully dispose of more than $1.5 Billion in commercial real estate assets, provide debt financing of over $700 million, and place more than $400 million of equity in joint ventures in the past four years.

Investment Sales

Provide institutional quality disposition services for our clients through traditional underwriting and property level offerings. Handling all aspects of the sales process starting with a first rate offering memorandum and ending with a hands on approach to due diligence and closing process. Our team has extensive experience in the sale of individual assets as well as pooled assets with individual and cross-collateralized debt structures.

Debt Sales

Assist lenders with the sale of performing, sub-performing and non-performing loans as lenders attempt to create liquidity in balance sheets. Ability to transact at various points in lending to ownership (foreclosure) process.

Equity Placement

Arrangement of joint venture equity for new investments – including pari passu equity and preferred equity as well as the introduction of new equity for partial sale, investor buyout, debt reduction or portfolio repositioning.

Debt Placement

Traditional first mortgage origination capabilities for all investor clients and secondary financing beyond senior mortgage including sourcing capability for mezzanine debt and shorter term gap and/or bridge structures.

Strategic Advisory

Loan Workouts: ability to intermediate discussion between lenders and borrowers and propose valuation and structure solutions
Capital Strategies: assist in forming optimal ownership structures across the balance sheet
