Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ in-house Marketing Services team works closely with our brokers and our clients to help forward our clients’ business objectives. The team prepares materials that help our tenant and landlord clients best position themselves and their properties. The team’s activities range from preparing marketing brochures and designing property-specific web pages to arranging photo shoots and creating customized presentations for clients. For the firm’s Investment Sales Group, the marketing team creates property-specific offering packages and maintains an extranet site utilized by investor clients.
Our marketing team brings to each project a wealth of experience that is specific to commercial real estate. By having the team in-house, we are able to better control marketing-related costs that would otherwise be realized when using a third-party vendor and we can also ensure responsive service.
