Dean Atkins | Director Of National and International Accounts

Dean is Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ director of national and international accounts and a member of the firm’s consulting services practice.  Utilizing his past experience representing clients in sophisticated transactions as a real estate attorney, Dean provides strategic counsel to the firm’s corporate clients on their local, national and international projects.

 
Prior to joining RBJ&P, Dean was an attorney at Mintz Levin, where he practiced in the firm’s Real Estate and Government Law sections.  He represented clients in commercial real estate transactions involving leasing, property management, acquisitions and dispositions, and permitting.  He completed and organized more than 1,500 transactions for landlord and tenant clients and managed and developed a comprehensive national leasing and asset management program for office and industrial properties for a multi-billion dollar REIT.

 
Dean graduated magna cum laude from Boston College Law School and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  He is an active member on several boards and committees, including the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance, Families First, and the Concord Housing Development Corporation.
