Rich is responsible for the analytical aspects of the firm’s investment sales activities, including deriving the acquisition and disposition value of various commercial assets on behalf of real estate investment trusts (REITs), financial institutions, pension funds and other public and private entities.
Rich also structures sophisticated financial transactions for, and provides strategic financial analysis and counsel to, RBJ’s public and privately held corporate clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Rich spent three years providing real estate, financial and operational guidance to early stage businesses. In 2000, Rich brokered the multimillion dollar sale of a privately held entity to a publicly traded company.
Rich began his career with Ernst & Young LLP, providing Advisory Business Services to clients in the high technology, manufacturing and financial services sectors. Rich holds a B.S. from Babson College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
