Richard Bradbury | Vice President

Rich is the vice president of RBJ | Capital Markets. He is responsible for the firm’s investment sales activities, including the valuation and disposition of commercial real estate assets on behalf of real estate investment trusts (REITs), financial institutions, pension funds and local public and private entities. Since 2003 Rich has disposed of more than $1.0 Billion in commercial real estate assets for RBJ’s clients, including Archon Group, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, ING Clarion, INVESCO Realty Advisors, TA Associates Realty and UBS Realty Advisors.

Rich also structures sophisticated financial transactions for, and provides strategic financial analysis and counsel to, RBJ’s publicly traded and privately held tenant clients, where he has designed and implemented occupancy costs reduction strategies resulting in more than $100 million in savings on their behalf.

Prior to joining the firm, Rich spent three years providing real estate, financial and operational guidance to early stage businesses. Rich began his career with Ernst & Young LLP, providing advisory business services to clients in the emerging technology, manufacturing and financial services sectors. Rich holds a B.S. from Babson College and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of NAIOP, REFA (Real Estate Finance Association), and The Treasurers Club of Boston and a founder of Veterans Count, a charity that supports Veterans and their families.
