Kristin Connelly | Director of National Accounts |
Kristin is on Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ National Brokerage Services team. Kristin counsels the firm’s corporate clients on their local, national and international projects. She works on client portfolios in more than 50 cities worldwide, servicing approximately 5,000,000 SF. Kristin has successfully completed projects in dozens of U.S. cities and in many countries across the globe, including England, France, Germany, Mexico, Japan, Australia and India.
Immediately prior to joining the firm, she was with Spaulding & Slye Colliers, working as a commercial real estate broker focusing on landlord and tenant transactions in Greater Boston’s Metrowest market. Her clients included General Investment & Development, RREEF, Berkeley Investments and MARIC, Inc. Previously, she was in account services at Digitas, where she created marketing campaigns for her clients, including AT&T, FedEx and American Century Investments.
Kristin earned a B.A. in Communication and Marketing from Boston College. She is a member of NEWIRE (New England Women in Real Estate) and is actively involved with the USO.Kristin can be reached at kconnelly@rbjrealestate.com
