Sarah D'Elia | Brokerage Services

Sarah is a member of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Suburban leasing group.  In this role, she supports the real estate goals of the firm’s diverse suburban client base. Sarah is responsible for inside sales and marketing functions for the suburban brokers and clients.  She conducts financial analyses of competitive leases, manages site surveys, and manages sales processes, such as updating critical databases with statistics, comparables and tenants-in-market information.

Sarah graduated from Bowdoin College where she was a two-year captain of the women’s tennis team. Sarah also volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters and the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life.
