Eric Smith | Senior Vice President

Eric is a member of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Cambridge advisory group. He specializes in the leasing and sale of office, flex, and lab space for tenants and landlords in the Cambridge and Inner Suburban submarkets.

Prior to joining RBJ, Eric worked for CB Richard Ellis/New England.  Before starting his career in commercial real estate brokerage, Eric was a member of the international sales team at N.O.S.C Corp., a Boston-based consulting company.

Eric graduated from University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development and Applied Economics.
