Mike is a member of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Suburban leasing group, where he specializes in tenant and landlord advisory work. He has more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience and before joining RBJ was a senior vice president at Trammell Crow Company. He has also worked at Fallon Hines & O'Connor and Spaulding & Slye.
Mike counsels landlords and tenants in the Greater Boston suburban area. He has represented tenant and landlord organizations such as BTU Ventures, Concord Communications, National Development, PAREXEL Corporation, RREEF and State Street Corporation. In 2004 he received the Commercial Brokers Association’s “Investment Sales Deal of the Year” award and from 1995 through 2004 earned the CBA’s “Platinum Producer” award.
Mike graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Political Science. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and is on the board of directors of the Make A Wish Foundation and the Tufts University Athletic Club.
