Emma Geldmacher | Brokerage Services

Emma is a member of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Suburban leasing group.  In this role, she supports the real estate goals of the firm’s diverse suburban client base. Emma is responsible for inside sales and marketing functions for the suburban brokers and clients.  She conducts financial analyses of competitive leases, manages site surveys, and manages sales processes, such as updating critical databases with statistics, comparables and tenants-in-market information.

Emma earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration at Northeastern University. She graduated at the top of her class and was an active member of the business community. Emma also volunteered for the MSPCC, Discover Roxbury and other non-profit organizations in the Greater Boston Area.
