Garrett Hatton| Senior Analyst

Garrett is a senior analyst of RBJ | Capital Markets, a fully integrated team within the firm that provides a broad range of services including investment sales, equity placement, structured financing, and strategic advisory.  He is responsible for investment and valuation analysis, collection of due diligence materials, and supporting transaction execution activities.

Garrett brings significant experience to his role at RBJ&P.  Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior analyst at Anglo Irish Bank, where he was responsible for analysis and underwriting on a loan book valued at $1 billion.  Previously, Garrett held positions with Apartment Realty Advisors and Colliers International. 

He graduated cum laude from Colby College and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leader Group.  He volunteers his time as a youth mentor at the Excel Academy Charter School in East Boston.
