Richard Herlihy
Executive Vice President

Rich Herlihy is the executive vice president of investment sales for Richards Barry Joyce & Partners. He brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate investment sales and brokerage experience to his position.

Rich is responsible for the firm’s investment sales activities, directing the disposition of a variety of property types. RBJ’s investment sales activities are conducted locally and nationally for a range of clients, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), pension funds and locally based investors.

Prior to joining RBJ, Rich was senior director of investment sales at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked for three years. He was a senior vice president of investment sales at Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and Fallon Hines O’Connor, which was acquired by TCC. He began his career in commercial real estate investment sales at Leggat McCall, building off a strong foundation of nine years in brokerage. Rich has more than $2 billion in aggregate sales in his career.

He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Real Estate Finance Association. He received a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
