Cal is an associate in Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Suburban leasing group. He focuses on the leasing and sale of office space for tenants and landlords in the Greater Boston suburban market, in support of the real estate goals of RBJ’s clients. He has worked on assignments for Xerox Corporation, Instron Corporation and BTU Ventures, as well as for landlords such as TA Associates, Lennar Partners and Marwick Associates. Additionally, Cal has worked on national assignments in California, Maryland, New Jersey, Texas and Virginia for clients such as NMS Communications and Mercury Computer Systems.
Cal earned a B.A. in Sociology from Tufts University, with a minor in Communications. He was the captain of the Tufts varsity football team for both his junior and senior years.
