Michael Joyce | Partner

Michael is a member of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Boston leasing group. Prior to co-founding Richards Barry Joyce & Partners in July 2001, Michael was an executive vice president/partner at CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners and head of the downtown brokerage group. Michael specializes in tenant and landlord advisory work and has been involved in numerous sales of buildings in the Boston area.

Michael has twice received the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s “Landlord Deal of the Year” award, was named a Top Five Producer among all Greater Boston brokers in 2000, 2003 and 2004, and has been a three time Colbert Coldwell Circle recipient (Top 2% producer) at CB Richard Ellis.

Michael graduated from Providence College with a B.S. in Accounting and spent two years in real estate in Chicago at Rubloff. He is a board member and trustee of the International Rett Syndrome Foundation (IRSF) and a board member of the Providence College President’s Council. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Commercial Brokers Association.
