Paul Leone | Senior Vice President

Paul is a senior vice president in Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Suburban leasing group. He specializes in the leasing and sale of office, flex and industrial space for tenants and landlords in the Greater Boston west suburban market, with a goal of assisting clients in advancing their corporate objectives through strategic real estate counsel.
Prior to joining Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, Paul was a vice president at TCC, where he worked for five years. At Trammell, he worked on several high-profile projects in the Greater Boston west suburban market – 9/90 Corporate Center, Framingham, and 492 Old Connecticut Path, Framingham – as well as with some of the area’s premier clients, including Boston Scientific, Staples, CSG and Genzyme.

In addition to representing local startup companies, Paul has recently negotiated a 238,000 SF built to suit transaction for Best Buy and has been involved with many of the MetroWest region’s most recognized corporations.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross. He is an advisory board member of the Holy Cross Technology Group; past president of the Holy Cross Club of Greater Boston and is an active board member serving the General Alumni Association.
