Chris
McCauley |
Chris is a member of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ National Brokerage Services group. His primary focus is to assist our clients in advancing their corporate objectives through strategic real estate counsel. Chris works closely with State Street Corporation , Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Sapient Corporation, et al. He specializes in global transaction management, complex financial modeling, transaction structuring, consulting and portfolio management, working with the firm’s national and international clients.
Prior to joining Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, Chris spent five years with Oracle Corporation, including four successful years as an application sales representative. Previously, he was a senior auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP, where he performed and supervised financial audits for clients in high technology, manufacturing and financial services.
Chris is a certified public accountant and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College, as an Economics and Business major.
