Chris McCauley | Senior Vice President

Chris is a member of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ National Brokerage Services group.  His primary focus is to assist clients with achieving corporate objectives through strategic real estate counsel.  Chris’ Tenant advisory experience includes work with Corning Inc., State Street Corporation, WilmerHale, Sovereign Bank and Sapient Corporation plus such non-profit entities as Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Education Development Center.  His experience with Landlords includes agency assignments with Boston Properties, Equity Office Properties, Alexandria Real Estate Equities and BioMed Realty Trust.  He specializes in global transaction management, complex financial modeling, transaction structuring, consulting and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, Chris spent five years with Oracle Corporation, including four successful years as an application sales representative. Previously, he was a senior auditor for Arthur Andersen LLP, where he performed and supervised financial audits for clients in high technology, manufacturing and financial services.

Chris is a certified public accountant and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Lafayette College, as an Economics and Business major.
