Frank Petz | Executive Vice President

Frank Petz directs RBJ | Capital Markets, the firm’s fully integrated team that provides a broad range of services including investment sales, equity placement, structured financing, and strategic advisory.

Frank has more than 22 years of commercial real estate investment experience and is recognized as one of Greater Boston’s leading equity and debt placement producers, placing more than $4 billion in capital in the past seven years.  Prior to joining RBJ, he was a Managing Director at Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment banking company and previously led the Boston office of CBRE Capital Markets.  Before embarking on his career as an intermediary, Frank had a 14 year tenure on the principal side of the real estate industry – holding management positions at institutional investment firms AEW Capital Management and Copley Real Estate Advisors.  He began his professional career at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Frank earned a B.S. from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and is a member of NAIOP, the Urban Land Institute and REFA (Real Estate Finance Association).  He is actively involved in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Association of Massachusetts, as both a board member since 2002 and a Big Brother since 2001.
