Steven Purpura | Partner

Steve is a member of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Cambridge advisory group, specializing in tenant and landlord advisory work. He has represented numerous corporate clients in transactions nationally and internationally, including Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Munich and Tokyo.

Prior to co-founding RBJ, Steve was a vice president at Trammell Crow Company. He has worked with corporations and professional firms such as ActivBiotics, Citizens Bank, CombinatoRx, Forrester Research, Harvard Vanguard and TIAX. Steve won the Commercial Brokers Association “Suburban Deal of the Year” award in 2000 and the Archon Achievement Award for Excellence in Project Leasing in 1996 and 1999.

He graduated from William & Mary with a B.A. in Business and is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
