Prior to co-founding Richards Barry Joyce & Partners in July of 2001, Bob was a principal at Trammell Crow Company. Bob specializes in tenant and landlord advisory work and has represented numerous corporate clients in multiple transactions nationally and internationally. He has successfully completed complicated assignments in Australia, The United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Denmark as well as all major cities in The United States. He counsels tenant clients like the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, OneBeacon Insurance, Corning, Sapient Corporation and Forrester Research.

Bob won the Commercial Brokers Association Suburban Deal of the Year in 2000 for his work with Arthur D. Little Company. He was the first broker advisor from within Fallon Hines & O'Connor, which was acquired by Trammell Crow in 1998, to be named a partner.

Bob received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and, prior to entering commercial real estate, spent five years working as a sportscaster for CNN in Atlanta. He serves on the executive committee of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and is on the board of directors of the Worcester Tornadoes professional baseball team.
