Bob specializes in tenant and landlord advisory work and has represented numerous corporate clients in multiple transactions nationally and internationally.  He has successfully completed complicated assignments in India, Australia, The United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Denmark as well as all major cities in The United States.  He counsels tenant clients like the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Forrester Research, Harvard Medical School, Shire Pharmaceuticals and Sapient Corporation and landlords such as Boston Properties, BioMed Realty Trust, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Boylston Properties.

Bob received the prestigious CoreNet Global Service Provider Leadership Award in 2009.  He was also awarded the Commercial Brokers Association Life Sciences Deal of the Year Award in 2007 for his work with Shire Pharmaceuticals.  He is frequently featured on New England Cable News and other media outlets.
 
Bob received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and prior to entering commercial real estate, spent five years working as a sportscaster for CNN in Atlanta.  Prior to co-founding Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, Bob was a Principal at Trammell Crow Company.
