James Tribble | Senior Analyst

Jim is an Investment analyst of RBJ | Capital Markets, which provides a broad range of services including investment sales, equity placement, structured financing, and strategic advisory.

Jim brings to RBJ an extensive background as both a lender and capital markets intermediary.  Prior to joining RBJ, he was an analyst with Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment banking company.  He has also held capital markets roles at CB Richard Ellis and Wells Fargo Bank.  Jim has a wealth of expertise in analyzing and structuring the entire capital stack of a commercial real estate investment – senior and mezzanine debt, preferred and joint venture equity investments, and overall valuations.
He earned a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College, graduating cum laude.  Jim is a member of NAIOP.
