Sarah Vertuli | Lease Administrator

Sarah is a lease administrator on Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ National Services team.  She oversees RBJ’s third-party lease payment and collections vendor, reviews the monthly lease payments and income, and provides departmental support on corporate real estate initiatives.

Prior to joining RBJ, Sarah was a lease administrator for a commercial real estate development company in Elmira, New York, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s commercial and shopping center business.  Previously she held a residential rental management role for an apartment complex in Pennsylvania.
