John Wilson | Partner

John is a member of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ Suburban leasing group. Prior to co-founding Richards Barry Joyce & Partners in July of 2001, John was a managing director at Insignia/ESG where he worked in the Suburban division, focusing on the leasing and sale of office, R&D and industrial facilities.
John has worked for the last 24 years as a commercial real estate advisor servicing the tenant and landlord community throughout suburban Boston and globally, focusing on the leasing and sale of office, R&D, and industrial facilities.

John graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.A. and spent five years working in property management before becoming a commercial real estate broker. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and is active with the Beacon Hill Civic Association, Shady Hill School Board of Overseers and Hill House Community Center.
