RBJ was founded in 2001 by nine partners who left
national brokerage firms in order to create a firm that focused
on client service. We have developed a unique “Best in Class”
approach that enables us to create and manage the most appropriate
team for each client engagement, whether it is local, national or
international. This ensures our clients the highest level of service. We have also
implemented an internal environment and unique compensation system that fosters communication and
sharing of information, which directly benefits the client.
